You don’t need to register

There’s no sign-up process. We automatically identify and contact agents based on real property transaction data, public sales results, reviews, and other performance metrics. When we have an owner whose needs align with your expertise, we’ll reach out directly with a referral opportunity.

How our referrals work

• Every lead is personally qualified by phone before we refer it. Our consultants speak with each property owner to understand their motivation, timing, and what they want in an agent.
• You’ll receive a detailed referral brief, including property details and vendor insights, helping you approach each opportunity well prepared.
• We refer only two to three agents per property, keeping competition fair and your chance of success high.
• We check in with both vendor and agent throughout the process to help progress introductions and maintain engagement.
• If an owner inquires outside business hours, they may self-initiate a connection with agents before we’ve spoken to them. We’ll follow up to qualify and confirm details as soon as possible.
