Alan’s Story

His Goal:

Alan and his wife were ready to downsize from their large family home and attempted to sell with an agent who had knocked on their door. Unfortunately the experience was not a positive one, the agent failed to market the house properly, relying solely on black and white letter drops and unsurprisingly the house failed to sell. Alan then contacted Which Real Estate to find the best agent for him.

Which Real Estate Agent analysed all agents in the area. Alan interviewed four agents and selected Annika Robins from McGrath as one of the top agents selling in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. The Result:
